Hastings-on-Hudson

Hastings-on-Hudson is a 2.9 square mile village within the town of Greenburgh in Westchester County, New York. It is located in the southwest part of the town of Greenburgh. Located in an area of hills on the Hudson River opposite the Palisades cliffs, north of the city of Yonkers. The Village is bordered by the Hudson River to the west, and the Saw Mill River to the east. The areas facing the Hudson River have views of the Palisades and Manhattan to the south. Located along U.S. Route 9, “Broadway”, Hastings is a suburb of New York City. As of the 2010 census, has a population of 7,849.

The commute from Grand Central to Hastings-on-Hudson takes about 30 minutes during peak hours.
