Jenifer Moore lives to help. She first started out in the
working world as a teacher, deriving great joy from working in early childhood development. As Jenifer began growing her own family, a mentor suggested looking into real estate. The moment Jenifer began in real estate, she knew she had found her life long career. “I find so much reward in a career that allows me the opportunity to build lasting relationships with my clients, and assist them through the real estate process from beginning to end.”
Jenifer took on real estate with the same unquenchable energy and zest she has for life. She decided to fully immerse herself in the industry. She became the lead buyer’s agent on one of the top teams in Westchester, and soon the director of sales of that team, overseeing more than 150 transactions while training agents on the intricacies of real estate in the Hudson Valley.
Now with five years under her belt, Jenifer’s focus is on her clients. Whether her clients are buying, selling or renting; she is dedicated to working directly and diligently to provide the highest level of service. She’s become known as an orientation and relocation specialist, helping clients find not only the perfect home, but the best area that fits her clients’ individual wants and needs. This high level of customer care and collaboration is at the heart of everything she does. “I genuinely care for my clients as I would any family member or friend. It’s meaningful for me to build a relationship that transcends the transaction.” The foundation of any relationship, she notes, is trust, and it’s what her clients have come to depend upon over the years. “I love that my clients reach out to me for any real estate need, even after the transaction is over.”
When she’s not working with new and repeat customers, Jenifer spends her time jet skiing, snow skiing, ice-skating, biking, hiking, and kayaking—anything she can do to help her kids enjoy the great outdoors as much as she does. A native of Pennsylvania, Jenifer now resides in Beacon, and focuses on real estate in Dutchess and Putnam Counties, as well as Northern Westchester, and parts of lower Westchester, too. “I’ll go wherever I’m needed,” she says. “Wherever I can be of assistance, and help someone find their happy home.”
